Network representation
This case uses 23 zones, 22 corridors and two boundary constraints, with a fixed, lossless zonal transport formulation. Treat that representation as part of the study’s assumptions.
Evidence status
Longer-horizon scenario validation is planned for further research.
Interpretation boundary
The case uses a lossless zonal transport model. Results should be reported with network assumptions, capacities, scenario identity and validation evidence. In VALUE 0.7.0-alpha.1 the network modules run only under the corrected (default) methodology profile, with zonal solver contract v4.
Versioned methodology
Read the audited equations, numerical parameters, pseudocode and initial dataset identities. The complete methodology distinguishes implementation, tested examples and remaining reproducibility gaps. The 23-zone configuration below is distinct from the new 11-zone, 14-corridor fixed-fleet package; both are documented separately.
